Pour les leucocytes, les tubes doivent être idéalement traités endéans les 24 heures (accepté jusque 48h). L’analyse sur les érythrocytes s’effectue de préférence dans les 48 heures suivant le prélèvement (accepté jusqu’à 7 jours).
